MOVE Soft & Slow
Our MOVE soft and slow, is a gentle slow paced class focussing on opening the body and slowing down the mind. With slow, mindful movements we will bring the body back to a point of stillness all the whilst working with the breathe to restore the sensations of balance and ease. *Classes are suitable for most bodies, as they are scaled to suit all levels with modifications and the use of props*
MOVE Hot Flow
Our MOVE Hot Flow classes are 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga in 37 degrees heat. Vinyasa Yoga is breath synchronised to movement connecting pose to pose in a continuing flowing sequence. These classes will help you to connect to your strength, flexibility, and breathe leaving you with an overwhelming sensation of calm. *Classes are suitable for most bodies, as they are scaled to suit all levels with modifications and the use of props*
MOVE & Flow
MOVE & Flow is Vinyasa based yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. In these classes, you will synchronise breath and movement as you flow through the postures and transitions.
Mat Pilates
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
Yoga & Sound
Our monthly Yoga & Sound Sessions combine a soft and gentle warm flow class into a 75 minute long sound bath. Expect a full-body meditative experience led by our Sound Healer, a 75 minute soundscape designed to help you rest and relax.
Flow to Rest
45 minutes of flow into 30 minutes of guided meditation. This class is the perfect balance of movement, and stillness and the most glorious end to your day. *Classes are suitable for most bodies, as they are scaled to suit all levels with modifications and the use of props*
